FAQs
We offer a full range of training for mental health awareness and mental health first aid. We also offer courses for counselling skills, eating disorder awareness, suicide first aid and awareness, safeguarding, and mental health leadership skills. We deliver courses online and in person.
We work with both adults and young people and the content is always tailored to the audience. We work in educational settings with educators, wellbeing leads, and students, as well as in companies, charities, and the entertainment industry.
We have many courses that are designed specifically for children and young people and others that can be adapted to cater for them.
You will find more information about the topics each course covers under individual course description and details. We are always happy to discuss your needs and can tailor programmes as appropriate.

Yes, we pride ourselves on our ability to create bespoke programmes that match your sector, audience, and requirements.
Most of our courses have the option of being delivered online or in person, depending on your needs. Some, however, are delivered only online. More information can be found in the descriptions and details of individual courses, and we will work with you to find the best option for your requirements.
We only work with respected, experienced, and qualified trainers. When you book a course with us, you will know who your trainer will be and their background.
We offer everything from one-hour workshops to two-year, part-time vocational qualifications. You will find more information in the course details and descriptions, and we will work with you to find the courses that are most suited to your needs.
We don’t publish prices on our website because we work on a bespoke basis. We don’t always deliver a “whole” course if you don’t need all the elements, particularly if you are “mixing and matching” and there would be overlap. Pricing will depend on variables like delivery style, number of delegates, other courses booked, and so on. We are always upfront and transparent about pricing when we talk to you, however: there are no hidden surprises.
We don’t offer the option of immediate online booking as we prefer to liaise with you first to ensure you get the course(s) you need, the appropriate trainer(s) and delivery style, and times and dates that suit you. Please email, call, or fill in our form and we will make sure we get back to you as soon as possible.
